This oil is cold-pressed from the seed of the apricot fruit. It has been known to be great for skincare and believe it or not, it is also good for baking. This oil has a deep, nutty flavor which makes it an excellent ingredient for desserts and other recipes. Apricot kernel oil contains essential fatty acids, oleic and linoleic. It also contains vitamins A and E.
