Cibaria uses the term FUSED to describe our combination culinary olive oils. We start with one (or more) of a flavored extra virgin olive oil or infused olive oils then we start tasting until we arrive at the perfect profile. The oil combining adds complexity and interest to already distinctive sought-after flavors. When two or more join forces, something wonderful always happens!
