Certified Organic FAQ
Q: Does my olive oil store need to be certified organic in order to sell the certified organic products on your website? If so, is it ok that the product isn't advertised as organic so they can be sold?
A: Yes, If the customer is processing product (re-packing, relabeling, etc), they must be certified to sell, label, or market the product as Organic. However, if they do not want to identify the product as Organic, they do not have to be certified and the product ceases to be "Certified Organic" once it is dispensed from the original container.
