Instructions for Requesting a Wholesale Account

To Request a Wholesale Olive Oil & Vinegar Account, please submit the following information and our administration will activate your account within 24 business days. The approved account information will be forwarded to the email submitted on this form. 

When requesting a new account:

5. A virus prompt will request you to validate you’re not a robot

7. After clicking VERIFY, you will receive a confirmation as such.

9. We will receive your request and respond within a 24 hour period. Be sure to check your inbox as well as your SPAM folder for an email resembling the following.

11. The link will take you to a new internet window and allow you to enter your password and then enter it again as a confirmation. Looking similar to this.
