Cancellation and Return
At Cibaria International, Inc. we are constantly striving for ways to better serve our customers. Our goal is your satisfaction. Any product received in damaged or otherwise unusable condition, originating at Cibaria or by a Cibaria contracted carrier, will be replaced by Cibaria at no cost and in a timely manner. ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT FOR ANY DAMAGES OR MISSING PRODUCT.
Product being returned for any other reason must be authorized by Cibaria and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply. Product Return Requests must be made within 30 days of ship date. Product Return Requests made after 30 days of ship date will not be accepted. Please note: Private Label and Custom made products may not be returned.
According to our Bio-Terrorism policy any product being returned to our facility from a customer must be in its original container with the original product seals still intact. The following procedures must be followed before a credit may be issued:
- Customer must call Cibaria and inform us that a return authorization is needed.
- The request for return should include the following:
- Item description
- Lot number
- Quantity to be returned
- Invoice Number
- Date of receipt
- If Cibaria makes the decision to accept the return a “Customer Return Product Authorization” (CRPA) form will be sent to the customer stating which item(s) are to be returned and in what quantity. The CRPA will include the above information. Copies of this form are to be sent to A/R dept and to the warehouse.
- A copy of the CRPA must be included with the return load for it to be accepted into our facility.
- The product is to be placed on hold until management decides how to best handle the product.
