Payments such as credit and debit cards are NOT PROCESSED via our wholesale website, cibariastoresupply.com, at Order check out. Once the Purchase Order is processed our customer service team will email you a SALES ORDER CONFIRMATION with your products, shipping method and date. At that time, you are responsible for providing payment information to complete the transaction.
Cibaria knows how important it is that you receive your products in a timely manner. Due to the increase volume of shipments, we are unable to individually contact everyone for their credit card information on the day the product is scheduled for shipment. ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 2:00pm (PST) AT LEAST 1 (ONE) BUSINESS DAY PRIOR TO SHIPPING APPOINTMENT. For customers that keep a credit card on file, it will automatically be processed prior to 2:00pm one business day prior to shipment.
