Thank you for your attention to this Balsamic Vinegar Update!

As we move forward in 2022, Cibaria continues to experience a very limited stock on both dark and white balsamic vinegar and an inability to confirm eta’s.  Delays are being seen at every juncture. 

We have orders in place for the remainder of 2022, however supply chain issues that are out of our control, have made deliveries very irregular and rarely on time. 

We are allocating the product we receive in the order of placement.  We are currently finishing up orders that were placed in December 2021 and will move forward from there, inventory allowing.  At this point, our confirmations are based on our expected delivery dates rather than actual.  Please know that we are doing everything within our power to fill as many orders as possible.

Thank you for working with us and helping by splitting up orders based on product as much as possible and taking the partial orders when available.  It helps us tremendously.  We will continue to revise and instruct how best to move forward, as well as keeping you up to date with any new information we receive. We appreciate all the efforts and understanding that are going into getting through this very difficult time.
