Big News from the International Olive Council Regarding 024/25 Crop Year

For the 2024/25 crop year, global olive oil production is estimated at 3.376 million metric tonnes—a 32% increase over last year! This brings us close to the world record of 3.416 million metric tonnes set in 2021/22. 

The Council also predicts a 10% rise in consumption, with demand expected to reach 3.065 million metric tonnes. The future of olive oil is looking bright!
