Dear Customer,
The Cibaria Team would like to let you know that we are trying very hard to serve our customers as best we can. Due to the ongoing staff shortages and supply chain disruptions, our extended lead times continue. Our Pre-Packed Bottles are running 12-14 weeks and the bulk orders are running 2-3 weeks. Please note that any changes or additions will add significantly to the lead times.
We are currently working at maximum capacity with overtime and Saturdays. We will continue to update you and let you know of any changes to this timeline. During this unusual and challenging situation our goal is to keep you updated to the best of our abilities. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and thank you for being our customer.
